Pumpkin Protein Muffins!

I have perfected the most delicious Pumpkin Protein Muffin recipe! This recipe is fairly easy to make but packs a huge punch in the tasty department!

This recipe is a healthier option to a mouthwatering fall treat! It is a protein packed muffin and you would never know it is an healthier alternative!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Spice Level 1 Protein

  • 1 1/2 Cups Gluten Free Oats

  • 1 Cup Almond Flour

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1/2 Cup Pure Pumpkin

  • 2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla

  • 1/4 Cup Honey

  • Pinch of Salt

  • White Chocolate Chips


Directions

  • Preheat Oven at 300 Degrees

  • Mix all Ingredients together

  • Grease or Spray Baking Pan

  • Bake for 14-15 Minutes

  • Remove Pan & Top Muffins with White Chocolate Chips

Makes approximately 12 muffins.
