Pumpkin Protein Muffins!
I have perfected the most delicious Pumpkin Protein Muffin recipe! This recipe is fairly easy to make but packs a huge punch in the tasty department!
This recipe is a healthier option to a mouthwatering fall treat! It is a protein packed muffin and you would never know it is an healthier alternative!

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups Gluten Free Oats
1 Cup Almond Flour
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup Pure Pumpkin
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/4 Cup Honey
Pinch of Salt
White Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat Oven at 300 Degrees
Mix all Ingredients together
Grease or Spray Baking Pan
Bake for 14-15 Minutes
Remove Pan & Top Muffins with White Chocolate Chips
Makes approximately 12 muffins.
